The first Sunday Business Post Property Expo for 2005 was held in early April in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin followed by another successful Expo in Cork in the Silver Springs Hotel in late April 2005.
Both the Dublin and Cork Expos were a great success and attracted over 7,000 visitors and 160 exhibitors. Information on a wide range of property was available with exhibitors providing property investment opportunities in France, Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Dubai, Shanghai and other counties. Business at both Expos was very brisk over both weekends of these shows with reported sales in access of 120 million euro worth of property sold.
Overall the Expo is considered to be the most important event on the Irish property calendar for buyers and sellers alike. It is the only event of its kind in Ireland aimed exclusively at the growing first time owner/occupier market as well as the property investor, landlord, developer and speculator market.
Exhibitors at the Sunday Business Post Property Expo in Galway will include developers, estate agents, banks and mortgage lenders, legal and finance experts and many, many more.
It will be packed with information, advice, seminars, offers and most importantly of all, exciting investment opportunities for the new and seasoned investor and the first time buyer. A visit to The Sunday Business Post Property Expo 2005 in Galway is a must for those looking to make the most out of their property investments.
The Seminar Programme will be an integral and highly informative part of The Sunday Business Post Property Expo 2005.
